4-Week DBT Mindfulness Skills Training Group - Group Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups are designed to help individuals learn and practice essential coping strategies over a structured period. In a 4-week DBT skills group focusing on the mindfulness module, participants gain valuable tools to enhance their awareness, live in the moment, and reduce stress through mindfulness practices. By the end of the 4 weeks, members leave with knowledge of mindfulness and mindfulness strategies.
