    A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is the amount of money an individual is estimated to pay based on the services or treatment they will be receiving prior to their appointment.

  • What Will Your First Counseling Session Look Like?

    In your first session, we will be meeting virtually via our confidential platform (Simple Practice). I will assess your concerns and needs based on our initial call, intake paper work, and what is shared during this session.

  • Do You Take Insurance?

    No. I am currently not accepting insurance.

  • How Long Does Each Therapy Session Take?

    Your therapy sessions will range between 45-50 minutes.

  • Do You Offer Sliding Scale Rates?

    Yes. I offer sliding scale rates based on a person's income.

  • What Types of Services Are Available?

    I am currently providing individual sessions and consultation.

  • Do You Prescribe Medication?

    No. I do not prescribe medication.
